What happens when you order
Chicks are booked against a hatch, not held on a shelf. Knowing that up front is the difference between planning your brooder and waiting on a call.

We confirm your hatch date
We hatch weekly. Book about 14 days ahead and we will confirm the hatch your birds come off and reserve them against your name.

We deliver, or you collect
We deliver across Uganda. Tell us where you are and we will agree how the birds travel, or collect from Wakiso on the day if that suits you better.

They travel in vented boxes
Birds leave in ventilated 100-chick boxes divided into four pens of 25, so they cannot pile into a corner when the vehicle brakes. The batch details are written on the box.
You can check what you were sold
Losing a batch is expensive and the cause is usually invisible by the time you notice. These three things are what let you trace it.
Vaccinated before they leave
Chicks are vaccinated and started on balanced feed before dispatch, and what they were given is recorded on the box.
Hatched under supervision
Eggs are set and hatched under proper supervision rather than bought in and resold, so we can answer for the birds we hand over.
Every box is traceable
Breed, hatch date, batch number, quantity and vaccinations are written on each box before it goes out. If something is wrong, it can be traced to a hatch.
Table eggs, from our own layers
Clean eggs from the laying flock we manage ourselves, supplied to households, retailers and bulk buyers. Tell us the quantity and how often you need them, and we will tell you what we can hold for you.
We would rather your birds do well
Advice comes with the chicks. A farmer whose first batch survives orders a second one, so this is not a separate line on an invoice.

How much do day-old chicks cost in Uganda?
Our day-old chicks are UGX 2,800 to 3,500 per chick, depending on the breed and how many you order. That price was current in September 2026; message the orders line for the figure on the hatch you want.
Do you deliver day-old chicks across Uganda?
Yes. We deliver countrywide. Tell us where you are when you order and we will agree how the birds travel, or collect from Wakiso on the hatch day if that suits you better.

How are the chicks transported?
In ventilated boxes of 100, divided into four pens of 25 so the birds cannot pile into a corner when a vehicle brakes or corners. Keep the box upright, ventilated and out of direct sun, and get the birds under a brooder as soon as you arrive.
Where are you based?
Wakiso, Uganda. We deliver across the country, and you are welcome to collect from us on the hatch day.
Do you sell eggs as well as chicks?
Yes. We supply clean table eggs from our own laying flock to households, retailers and bulk buyers.
Can you help if I have never kept poultry before?
Yes. We advise on housing and brooding, feeding programmes, biosecurity and disease prevention. It is part of what we do rather than a separate paid service, because birds that do well come back as repeat orders.
